A. NO, we believe you should only download what you want. What's the point paying $29.95-$49.95 a month when you only want a couple of movies from the range? You'll only be charged a ONE-TIME FEE for whatever movie you choose. |
Q. When will my DOWNLOAD TICKET expire? |
A. Each ticket is valid for 3 days, more than enough time to download the movie file. The reason for this is, previously when tickets lasted forever, some downloaders would share them with friends or on forums. |
Q. Only half the movie file downloads. |
A. Use Internet Explorer or equivelent to download. Some ISP's like AOL have problems downloading the full movie on their browser. |
Q. The downloaded movie file won't play. |
A. Try using WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER although these movies have been tested on a wide-range of media players with no problems. If it still doesn't work, try re-downloading. |
Q. Can I have a custom shoot made?/Q. Can I submit ideas/scenarios for future scenes ? |
